Students receive instruction from their homeroom teacher in the five core areas: Religion, Math, Science, Social Studies and ELA.
In Grade 4, students rotate classes every third day for Science, Social Studies and Writing. In Grade 5, students change classes daily for Math/Science and ELA/Social Studies. Additional weekly instruction is provided for: PE, Spanish, Art, and Music. Keyboarding is taught in grades 3 and 4. Drama is introduced during the third trimester for 5th graders.
All classrooms are equipped with Smartboards and a class set of chromebooks. Students use technology as a tool for collaboration, and presentation. Teachers use technology to facilitate small group work, adaptive practice, and Google classroom.
